Senior Business Analyst (BA3) – Target Operating Model Specialist Can you turn a bold transformation vision into an operating model built to last? IRENYS is looking for an experienced professional to support a major provincial Clinical Information Solution (CIS) transformation in New Brunswick. In this strategic role, you will help: 🔹 Develop the CIS Capability Model and target maturity levels 🔹 Design a sustainable future-state Target Operating Model 🔹 Define governance, decision rights, roles, and responsibilities 🔹 Facilitate workshops and build consensus across diverse stakeholders 🔹 Evaluate service-delivery options and support business-case development We’re looking for someone with strong experience in target operating models, capability modelling, organizational design, governance frameworks, stakeholder facilitation, and complex transformation initiatives. Healthcare, digital health, CIS, or public-sector experience is a strong asset. Remote, with travel to New Brunswick at least once per month Two-year contract with two optional one-year extensions Expected start: September 28, 2026, or earlier Full-time opportunity Ready to help shape the future of connected healthcare?
