CFA) Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner to provide digital product leadership for one of Canada’s leading financial institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-tier digital solutions for a journey transformation, enhancing the homebuying experience for customers. • Digital Refinance Project and building internal workflows for centralized funder position • Running with Scrum Teams: Oversee and collaborate with scrum teams to drive product development and delivery. • User Stories: Develop and manage user stories to ensure clear and actionable requirements. Strategic Visioning and Road Mapping: Support strategic visioning and road mapping to align product development with business goals Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist in screening and assessing applicants for this position. Requirements

Candidates should have product management and banking experience, including lending and home financing across origination, adjudication, fulfillment, and servicing. They should be able to manage roadmaps, engage senior executives, develop business cases, realize benefits, and independently drive results; AWS workflows, ProSci, PMP, CSPO, or lending credentials are desirable.
