Position Title: Business Analyst Location: Remote in Canada Duration: 6 month contract, likely extensions, potential perm Overview: Seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale migration of ~300 screens from EDS & Oracle Forms to Angular using an AI-assisted conversion tool. This role focuses on validating business requirements, identifying gaps in AI-generated outputs (target 95% accuracy), and ensuring functional alignment across the modernized application. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of Business Analyst experience Experience with application migrations or system modernization Strong ability to translate business processes into functional requirements Experience identifying gaps between legacy and new systems Strong understanding of UI, business logic, and data flow Experience working with Dev and QA teams Strong stakeholder communication skills Bilingual (English/French required) Nice to Have: ERP or Oracle Forms migration experience UAT support / test validation experience Exposure to AI-generated or automated solutions Responsibilities: Gather and document business and functional requirements Analyze legacy systems to understand workflows and logic Identify gaps or missing functionality from AI-generated conversions Partner with Dev + QA to validate and refine outputs Support test alignment and UAT activities Facilitate communication between stakeholders, engineers, and vendors Help ensure the final application meets business and functional expectations Compensation: 38-45hr

Exigences

Candidates should have over 3 years of Business Analyst experience, particularly with application migrations or system modernization. A strong ability to translate business processes into functional requirements and a good understanding of UI, business logic, and data flow are essential.
