Our client, a leading Canadian financial institution, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a Procurement Transformation Program. Location: Toronto – Hybrid, 2 days onsite Contract: 6 months Start Date: October 14, 2026 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Extension: Likely Interview: 2 rounds – Virtual Key Responsibilities: • Gather and document business requirements • Lead stakeholder discussions and working sessions • Develop user stories and process documentation • Participate in Agile ceremonies • Support QA and UAT activities • Work with business, technology, and procurement stakeholders • Support multiple projects and process improvement initiatives • Manage stakeholder communication and challenging discussions Must-Have: • 5–7 years of Business Analyst experience • Banking or insurance industry experience • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills • Experience with Jira & Confluence • Agile & Waterfall methodology experience • User stories and Agile ceremonies experience • QA & UAT experience • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong MS Office skills Nice to Have: • Third-party/vendor management experience • Procurement or procurement system implementation experience • Procurement transformation experience • MBA or advanced degree • Previous experience with a large financial institution If you are interested & qualified for this opportunity, please send your updated resume in MS Word format to fouzan@ifgpr.com For other opportunities please visit www.ifg-global.com today!
