The ERP Business Systems Analyst role is focused on developing a deep functional and technical understanding of key business systems and identifying the most effective ways to leverage them. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to plan, design, and implement digital solutions that drive efficiency and business value through the use of new and existing technologies. Key Responsibilities Conduct meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicting requirements, decompose high-level concepts into detailed requirements, and distinguish user requests from underlying business needs. Analyze existing business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to refine, optimize, and develop new processes where required. Develop deep functional and technical expertise in ERP systems (primarily Infor LN), related applications, and supporting business processes. Identify system gaps and recommend solutions to meet evolving business needs. Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, test cases, and other project artifacts throughout the project lifecycle. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT project teams, ensuring alignment of requirements, priorities, and deliverables. Develop test plans, coordinate testing activities, execute system validation, and support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end users and support teams on new processes, system enhancements, and project deliverables. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and subject matter expertise to ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions. Act as Tier 3 support for escalated issues involving Infor LN and other ERP applications, working closely with service desk and technical support teams to resolve complex issues. Critical Capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams with minimal supervision. Strong facilitation skills, including meeting planning and preparation, clear presentation of ideas, effective moderation of discussions, and the ability to drive alignment and consensus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads, manage multiple tasks, and consistently meet deadlines. Proven hands-on experience supporting and administering Infor LN. Advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and application support skills with Infor LN. Experience with Infor Baan IV, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, or ProAlpha ERP systems is considered an asset. Advanced business process knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Discrete Manufacturing, Engineer-to-Order (ETO) Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, and Service Management. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and business analysis best practices. Experience working within Agile and project delivery methodologies. Fluency in English is required. Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical system solutions and recommendations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree/College Diploma in a technical discipline (Engineering or IT related) 4+ years’ experience as a technical business analyst or application specialist preferred. 4+ years process improvement, data, or technology project experience would be a strong asset. 3+ years of experience working with Infor LN.
