Lead the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform, partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and external vendors. Define ERP roadmaps and integrations, support upgrades and testing, optimize business processes, and drive user training, change management, and adoption.
