Lead business cases, process re-engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives for recreation services, including configuring recreation software and analyzing financial and operational performance. Manage and develop a team of business analysts, engage stakeholders, oversee requirements and user acceptance testing, and guide multi-year application development planning.
