This is a replacement role supporting the Site Leadership Team (SLT) in the implementation, execution, and monitoring of business strategy and organizational objectives. The Senior Business Analyst will leverage strong analytical and business acumen to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making across the operation. Working closely with key stakeholders, this role plays an important part in driving operational effectiveness and business performance. This position is based residentially in Red Lake, Ontario. Hybrid may be considered for the right candidate. Salary Range: $130,000 - $155,000 CAD plus bonus and benefits. Key Responsibilities Support the Site Leadership Team in executing and tracking strategic initiatives Analyze operational and business performance data to provide actionable insights Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement opportunities Develop reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational objectives Assist in business planning, project evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor progress against strategic plans and prepare updates for leadership Support change management and operational excellence programs About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: A degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline Significant experience in business analysis, operational improvement, or strategic planning Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment Experience within the mining, industrial, or resource sector is considered an asset Closing Date: September 22, 2026 Join Evolution At Evolution, as our name suggests, change and transformation are in our DNA.
