Title : Technical Business Analyst Location: Montreal, QC – Hybrid Employment Type: Contract Experience: 8–10 Years Language: Strong French & English Travel: Occasional travel to mining sites across Montreal We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong business analysis and technical knowledge across .NET, Azure Cloud, Angular, Web and Mobile Application Development. Key Responsibilities Act as the interface between business partners, data source owners, technical architects, and application development teams to define business and technical requirements. Gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements and use cases. Work closely with development teams and technical architects to identify requirements for Web, Mobile, and Data solutions. Serve as a primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders for new initiatives, enhancements, and change requests. Understand customer objectives, business processes, and products to provide practical technical recommendations and process improvements. Provide technical support to business users, including troubleshooting and coordinating resolution of issues. Provide business and technical direction to development teams during project implementation. Develop high-level solution designs and translate functional requirements into effective business and technical processes. Participate throughout the requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation phases to ensure successful delivery. Work with customers and stakeholders to clarify business requirements, priorities, and change requests. Coordinate daily activities with onsite and offshore development teams in collaboration with customer SPOCs. Provide mentoring, guidance, and feedback to development teams on business requirements, technical matters, and deliverables. Required Technical Skills Strong Business Analysis experience with 8–10 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of Microsoft .NET technologies. Hands-on or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure. Experience with Azure Data services, including: Azure Data Factory (ADF) Azure SQL Knowledge of Azure PaaS services, including: Azure Web Apps Azure App Service Azure Functions Azure Key Vault Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD. Knowledge of Angular and modern web application development. Exposure to Mobile Application Development, particularly iOS and .NET MAUI. Requirements
