Job Title: Product Owner (Med Tech) Location: Kitchner, ON (Hybrid – 3 Days) Hire Mode: Contract Primary Skills: Product Owner with experience in Med-Tech or Digital health Job Description Drive definition of user stories / tasks and agreement on scope and requirements with project and product management, business partners and experts across the organization, starting in early phases Manage and prioritize the team backlog Define and set up agile team in collaboration with stream managers and line organization Closely collaborate with and support project manager, project lead, product manager, test manager and verification teams High motivation to explore, grow and shape the area of the stream Professional working experience with state-of-the-art software development technologies and tools Ability to deal with unclear content (refine work-packages) Coordination with various stakeholders R&D processes know-how Leadership skills with customer facing prior experience will be an integral part of this role Skills & Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in managing project planning of product based Knowledge of med-tech regulations and clinical workflows. Excellent verbal and written communication Experience in program management tools and methodologies using Agile/Scrum, Jira, MS Project or similar tools
