Provide assistance or expertise for special project development
Help solve problems and provide information to system users about the causes, solutions and system functionality, as needed
Analyze requests and needs for processes and systems
Understand business processes fully; propose alternatives and means to achieve results
Identify and recommend practical solutions to improve operational efficiency and corrective measures to solve problems
Participate in optimizing organization-wide methods and procedures
Assist in analyzing and prioritizing requests for change
Prepare test scenarios and conduct tests to accept computer system changes
Help integrate targeted sectors during business acquisitions
Draft training plans and provide user training and support
Perform any other related tasks and tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
Bachelor's degree in administration or a relevant field.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingualism, French and English, spoken and written.
Independent, sound judgment, customer oriented.
Resourcefulness, good priority management skills.
Knowledge of Oracle and ERP, an asset.
