As an ambassador of the Costume Workshop, you will be part of the Workshop's executive committee and help the management team define, implement and track management data and indicators to support the decision-making process.  You will play a leading role in developing and rolling out management tools intended for show management teams.  You will act as a contact person for the Finance team in terms of budget monitoring and analysis. You will also play a key role in identifying and implementing optimization opportunities to improve Workshop operations.

You will be known for:

  • Supporting the General Manager in analyzing the Costume Workshop's overall performance, as well as producing and presenting executive reports;
  • Helping the management define, implement and track the management data required to ensure optimal resource usage and prompt decision-making;
  • Defining and implementing performance indicators to optimize the Workshop's operations and quantify its growth;
  • Managing the Workshop's budgetary process, as well as providing strong leadership in identifying and implementing the analyses required by every management team to ensure budgets and financial forecasts are monitored thoroughly;
  • Playing a leading role in any Costume Workshop case involving a financial analysis or feasibility study;
  • Taking part in forecasting volumes and identifying issues and their solutions, and helping implement governance principles pertaining to the shows' costume operations (e.g., inventory management, optimization).

We want to meet you if you have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent training;
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience;
  • High-level proficiency with the main analytical (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and presentation (PowerPoint) tools;
  • Keen critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proven communication skills (both spoken and written) in strategic contexts requiring a highly developed ability to influence others;
  • A sense of thoroughness and self-reliance;
  • Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
