IT Functional Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Functional Analyst will be responsible for participating in the global implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the various business units of a multinational.

MORE PRECISELY

• Analyze in depth existing processes and identify opportunities to optimize operations
• Establish technical specifications in Finance, Supply and/or Customer Service
• Be the technical point of contact between the business specialists and the IT team
• Promote the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and the customization of features
• Work within a project team of more than 50 people
• Participate in the entire project delivery cycle (analysis, design, testing, training, etc.)
• Ensure effective communication to ensure sound management of change in the company

PROFILE

• 8+ years of experience as an IT Functional Analyst
• Experience in Microsoft environment (Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Team Foundation, Project)
• Strong interest in improving business processes and sound change management
• Problem solving skills and strong analytical mind
• Good communication skills, focused on collaboration
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
