IT Functional Analyst (f&o)

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Functional Analyst (F&O) will be responsible for configuring and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) for the entire company

MORE PRECISELY

• Analyze business needs and write functional specifications
• Improve modules and custom features in Dynamics 365
• Design and implement complex solutions, involving different departments
• Issue optimization recommendations for existing business processes, and suggest new ones
• Supervise the testing phases and contribute to user training

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Functional Analyst
• Professional experience in ERP system analysis and ideally with a migration
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance and Operations)
• Good communication skills and collaborative spirit
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English
