IT Business Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for contributing to the company’s technological shift by looking for software optimization opportunities and analyzing business needs.

MORE PRECISELY

Evaluate internal requests and propose solutions with added value;

Develop concrete strategies and write functional specifications;

Measure impacts and ensure sound change management;

Keep technical documentation up to date;

Work in a team of about 10 people.

PROFILE

5+ years of experience as an IT Analyst;

Experience in analyzing business needs and writing functional specifications;

Good knowledge of application development and experience with a WMS or an ERP system;

Knowledge of SAP (asset);

Experience in the field of distribution and/or supply chain (asset);

Tact, autonomy, and communication skills;

BAC in computer science or the equivalent;

Bilingualism is required (French and English).
