IT Business Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying and defining the needs of business unit.

MORE PRECISELY

Analyze and model business processes, solutions, data and procedures;

Collaborate with other members of the IT team, presenting concrete solutions related to the needs of the clients;

Advising business units by recommending the best options for the benefit of the business;

Document the various business processes;

Monitor the evolution of the implemented solutions and offer support as needed.

PROFILE

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;

Experience in procedure and process modeling

Experience working with the Agile process;

Experience in customer management;

BAC in IT or equivalent;

Bilingual (French and English).
