Desjardins Digital, created in 2017, is Desjardins' digital "HQ" with some 60 resources. We deliver several high-visibility digital initiatives aimed at enhancing our members' and clients' experience on digital channels. We use a structure of self-organizing, multidisciplinary squads, and DevOps and innovation are top priorities.
As a functional analyst, you contribute to software efficiency. You analyze and help diagnose issues and situations related to your field. General Information on the Position
More specifically, you work with BizTechOps (BTO) methodology, inspired by Agile and DevOps best practices. One of your mandates is to help transform the development and rollout approaches for Desjardins Group's digital solutions. You work with a multidisciplinary agile team on Home Zone, a high-visibility strategic program aimed at transforming the mortgage financing experience of our members and clients.

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the design, integration or development of technology solutions (including software and web environments) or in a related field
Relevant experience in the field of mortgage financing (an asset)
Experience in an Agile environment (an asset)
Experience in continuous delivery (CI/CD and DevOps) (an asset)

Specific knowledge
Knowledge of PaaS, Java and JavaScript (an asset)
Familiarity with ATDD and BDD (an asset)
