ERP Business Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for collecting needs from internal clients to automate processes and improve operational efficiency while playing an important role in the implementation of future systems.

MORE PRECISELY

Analyze business needs and write functional specifications;

Pursue customization projects for SAP Business One (FI-CO-MM-SD modules) and other systems;

Maintain technical documentation and participate in user training;

Ensure data integrity and system performance;

Working with a team of 5 people (C# Developers, System/Network Administrators, IT Director).

PROFILE

2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst;

Professional experience in ERP system analysis;

Good knowledge of SAP Business One (strong asset);

Experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain (asset);

Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment, C#, SQL;

Interpersonal skills and team spirit;

BAC in computer science or the equivalent;

Bilingualism is required (French and English).
