IT-Business Analyst

Reporting to the IT Director, we are actively looking to recruit an innovative IT Business Analyst to liaise between IT and different business departments improving processes, analyzing business needs, finding technological solutions to business needs and collaborate with business owners to changes needed.

This position will also require a great capacity to work on multiple priorities at the same time and an ease to evolve in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities summary

  • Evaluates and documents current processes
  • Analyzes business processes and data mapping (current and future)
  • Identifies gaps, opportunities and solutions that meet the need for improvements
  • Coordinates all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives with internal stakeholders
  • Implements best practices for the documentation of business processes
  • Evaluates the current processes for CRM-ERP and recommends the transformation and the processes that are convenient for future needs
  • Demonstrates sound knowledge of business processes within relevant industry and extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Translate business requirements into functional language for the teams
  • Performs workshops and discussion sessions in collaboration with managers and users  

Experience & profile

  • Bachelor in IT, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years experience in a similar position or role
  • 5+ years experience with CRM or ERP projects
  • 5+years experience in business process management and change management
  • Recognized as a great team player & collaborator
  • Assumed leadership
  • Great analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills-English and French
  • Excellent at making complex ideas accessible to different stakeholders
  • Scrum Agile knowledge/experience
