Position Summary

The Business Analyst will help with the forecasting of sales and labour for stores. They will support the development of new scheduling tools and help automate the scheduling process in stores. They will be the internal support for Business Analysts on all labour related questions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Forecast the weekly and daily sales per store to properly allocate labour for stores;
  • Work on labour projects, such as the scheduling tool;
  • Help build the scheduling tool for stores;
  • Create, adapt/or modify management reports related to budgets, forecasting or operations;
  • Build and maintain databases;
  • Implement new work tools and performance indicators;
  • Learn CleverAnt and Kronos coding to support Business Analysts.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Logistics or Business Analytics;
  • Three (3) years of experience in a similar position;
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, VBA and SQL knowledge is a must;
  • Basic knowledge on Operational Research;
  • Well-developed organization and prioritization skills in order to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment;
  • Autonomous and credible;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Bilingual (French and English); and
  • Experience in product/retail Company is a plus.
