ERP Functional Analyst - Supply Chain

Tasks/Responsibilities

The ERP Functional Analyst will be responsible for migrating the various subsidiaries of the company from NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365, mainly from the Supply Chain modules.

MORE PRECISELY

• Analyze requirements and write functional specifications
• Map process flow and establish technical documentation
• Set up new modules (configuration of features and SQL queries)
• Train super users in collaboration with the PMO
• Track projects with Azure DevOps

PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst
• Professional experience in ERP system analysis and ideally with a migration
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, and ideally the Supply Chain modules
• Experience in the retail and/or distribution sector (strong asset)
• Good communication skills and spirit of collaboration
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
