Projects

  • Work with Leadership team to identify and prioritize the Lean Six Sigma projects.
  • Facilitate the leadership team to make business critical decisions regarding Demand; Capacity; Procurement; Hiring; etc.
  • Uses their experience and Process Knowledge along with the core technical experts to de bottleneck the process.
  • Implementation and Facilitation of all improvement projects in progress with Project Champions / Steering Committee.
  • Train employees on usage of Business Excellence Methodology to implement the identified Process improvement projects Undertake Cost Saving / Revenue Enhancement / Capacity increase projects for the business.
  • Use Six Sigma methodologies and tools to execute the identified projects with team.
  • Undertake cost savings / increase income / increase capacity for corporate projects.
  • Root Cause Analysis of process failures and customer complaints and identify the root causes to prevent the reoccurrences of such causes of failure. Drive and facilitate the improvement culture in the organization.
  • Responsible of inventory management.

Infrastructure

  • Launch "Process Improvement Team called as Green Belt" structure in the organization.
  • Rewards and Recognition on the successful completion of the projects.
  • Communicate with all on new initiatives and share the savings of the projects with all concerned.
  • Consolidate and generate MIS on Savings; Projects Progress; Training; Best Prax.

Training

  • Conduct refresher courses / capsule modules on tools used during the projects for team members.
  • Conduct Six Sigma training for employees and create the associated skills of Green Belts / Yellow Belts in them.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Engineering / Sciences / Economics / Statistics or Business preferred. Degree in Chemistry is preferred.

  • Black Belt proficiency - trained and projects experience within Jubilant on the Business Excellence Methodology Fluency in English.
  • 5 plus years experience Supply Chain Management and Operations Management, background in chemistry is preferred.
  • High proficiency with MS Office products particularly Excel, and Business Intelligence tools like Qlik View and statistical software like Minitab.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
