IT Business Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the needs related to external client projects in connection with tools such as Salesforce or ERP systems.

• Perform business context analysis, collect and analyze data to understand client needs
• Translate needs (business and functional) into deliverables for the development team
• Get involved in client projects to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
• Work in collaboration with development teams, project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst
• Mandatory experience in an environment with relational databases
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce CRM solution (Asset)
• Good knowledge of project management
• Leadership skills and strong team spirit
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French, English)
