The Sr. Analyst, Contract Data Governance is responsible for maintaining the governance over contract data in the Bank’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) tool, This role will be ensuring timely review of the key contract data fields aligned to the agreed upon framework, as well as assist in reconciling of standard form contract variances and ensure completion of contract record upon contract execution.
