The Program System Analyst supports the Central Program Office planning for CNL. We seek to add value for our stakeholders by (i) working with Executives to establish CNL's strategic direction and documenting with well defined results-based strategic and financial objectives; (ii) coordinating the preparation of operational plans across the company so activities are planned resourced and budgeted in a consistent manner; (iii) confirming that the operational plans have fully responded to the direction of the Central Program Office; and (iv) driving for continuous improvements to the planning process while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.



Prepare Month End Progress & Performance Reports

Develop Variance Analysis Reports.

Prepare Month End Dashboards

Perform Progress and Performance Analysis: This position will ensure that the comments recived from the projects answer all the necessary questions such as what changed why it changed were the reasons behind the change was within our control or were beyond the control of the organization? And what is being done/will be done to mitigate the impacts of the change?



A university degree/college diploma in economics finance or business.

Formal training in Primavera P6


  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Cost Control
  • 2 years of Planning/Scheduling experience in Project Environment.
  • Well conversant with Productivity Analysis development and reporting on KPIs for construction and engineering projects
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables statistical analysis)
  • Reporting Analysis and Corrective Actions
  • Strong interpersonal skills to achieve results as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to analyse processes and impacts provide recommendations and develop solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work extended hours network
