Salesforce Business Analyst Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid Contract Job Summary: We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to work with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, define solutions, and support Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis and communication skills, with experience working in Salesforce environments. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear user stories. Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business documentation. Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA, and business teams. Support backlog management and help prioritize requirements. Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams. Assist with UAT planning, testing, and defect clarification. Track requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives. Support Salesforce enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Hands-on experience working with Salesforce projects. Strong experience in requirements gathering and analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria. Experience working with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Salesforce configuration/technical knowledge is an asset. Nice to Have: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator. Experience working in banking or financial services. Experience with Salesforce CRM implementations or enhancements.

Requirements
