Business Analyst - IT - 3 Location Address: 40 King Street W 23rd Floor (40KING23) Hybrid: 3-4 days/week (days are flexible) Contract Duration: 10/05/2026 to 10/04/2027 Possibility of extension: Yes, based on performance and business needs Conversion to FTE: Yes, based on performance and business needs Number of Positions: 1 Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week Must Have skills: 1) 5-7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst 2) 2+ years’ experience with PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery 3) Experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH) preferred 4) Experience with targeted leads/campaign execution and segmentation. 5) 4+ years’ experience working with large data sets and relational databases with advanced SQL skills Nice to have: 1) Familiarity with banking products 2) Experience with Google Cloud Platform 3) Previous experience with Data bricks. 4) Recent experience with Python Best VS. Average Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a Technical Business Analyst with strong experience with PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery. Recent experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH). Previous experience with targeted leads/campaign execution and segmentation is critical for the role. Previous experience with top Canadian banks is highly preferred.
