Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un Analyste d'Affaires TI pour un contrat d’une durée de 6 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement. MANDAT • Diriger la définition des exigences d'affaires prioritaires • Planifier des ateliers avec les parties prenantes pour valider les besoins • Participer à la définition des plans de projet, incluant la portée et l'échéancier • Soutenir la communauté d'utilisateurs par la formation et le dépannage • Collaborer avec une équipe dédiée tout au long des différents projets • Œuvrer dans un environnement sur des systèmes de point de vente et ERP PROFIL • 5+ années d'expérience comme Analyste d'Affaires TI • Connaissance approfondie des systèmes de vente au détail en magasin • Expérience en rédaction de cas et de plans de test (QA, UAT) • Bonne compréhension des systèmes ERP, leur architecture et structure • Maîtrise de Microsoft 365 • Aisance à animer des ateliers avec différentes parties prenantes • Autonomie et bonne capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités • BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent • Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)

Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst and a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. Proficiency in retail systems, ERP architecture, and bilingualism in French and English are required.
