Our client, the Bank of Canada in Ottawa has a 24 month remote contract for a Business Analyst with Electronic Records management experience Key Responsibilities: • Assess and document records retention, disposition and information management requirements for assigned programs and business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, regulatory obligations and operational needs • Analyze business processes and develop business requirements for the implementation of records lifecycle management rules, including retention, disposition, classification, and governance controls within information management solutions and AI-enabled technologies • Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to implement, validate and test lifecycle management controls, data quality, and AI governance into the required solutions • Perform data mapping, data analysis and data integration activities between Microsoft Dynamics and other data sources to support data modelling and reporting • Deliver knowledge transfer, training and operational handover activities to business and support teams to facilitate ongoing management, maintenance and adoption of implemented solutions • Related activities and deliverables, as required Education and Certifications • Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Studies, Information Management, Records Management, Archival Studies, or a related information management discipline Relevant Experience • A minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated work experience in information and records management, with a focus on electronic records management • A minimum of three (3) years of recent demonstrated work experience developing each of the following: data maps, data dictionaries, metadata crosswalks, and semantic models • A minimum of three (3) years of recent demonstrated experience conducting business analysis activities, documenting business requirements, and collaborating with development teams to design, develop, test, and implement technology solutions Technical Skills • Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, and other enterprise Microsoft technologies to support information management, data governance, reporting, and analytics requirements • Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and develop business requirements for the implementation of records lifecycle management controls, including retention, disposition, classification, governance, and AI-enabled information management solutions

Requirements
