Role: Technical Business Systems Analyst (Power Platform) Client: Enterprise AI & Automation Programme | Financial Services Type of role: Contract Location: Toronto - Hybrid Overview We're supporting a major financial services organisation on a large-scale AI transformation programme, with 40+ live use cases already in production and over 150 additional initiatives planned. We're looking for a Technical Business Systems Analyst who combines strong business analysis skills with an understanding of Microsoft Copilot, AI technologies, and workflow automation. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver AI-driven solutions that improve productivity and automate processes across the bank. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritise AI and automation opportunities. Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Support the design and implementation of solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform. Analyse and optimise business processes, identifying opportunities for workflow automation. Work closely with developers, architects, and product teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder discussions. Support user acceptance testing, change management, and solution adoption. Required Experience Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst. Experience working on technology transformation or digital change initiatives. Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI solutions, or workflow automation. Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical delivery teams. Experience working within Agile environments. Desirable Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, or prompt engineering. Financial Services or Banking experience. Experience delivering enterprise-scale technology programmes. Why Join?
