Analyze and resolve incidents related to manufacturing applications while identifying root causes of recurring problems. Collaborate with business partners to improve processes, implement automation, and support functional testing and deployments. Requires a college or university degree in IT or equivalent experience, with a background in functional analysis and 24/7 production environments. Proficiency in SAP modules (PP, MM, WM, EWM) and MES systems, along with fluency in both French and English, is essential.
