You will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, development teams, stakeholders and business users to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements. Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications. Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, QA teams and business stakeholders. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Support backlog management, prioritisation and requirement clarification. Create process flows, business documentation and functional specifications. Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test planning and defect tracking. Requirements
