Job summary
Experience Range: we are looking for resource who is having with 7 years of experience, including substantial hands-on expertise in product management and requirements extraction for quote-to-cash and commerce processes Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead requirements extraction and develop functional specifications for quote-to-cash and commerce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives 2. Analyze and map business processes, document user journeys, and identify gaps and improvement opportunities across distributor, reseller, and customer channels 3. Develop and maintain detailed acceptance criteria, ensuring robust requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle 4. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to bridge communication between business and technical teams, driving consensus and clarity 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize data models, focusing on Oracle CPQ and Salesforce platforms 6. Define and document channel and partner economics to support effective distributor, reseller, and customer engagement strategies 7. Validate requirements implementation and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes 8. Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance product management methodologies and deliver innovative solutions Must-have Commerce / e-commerce domain experience Requirements gathering, functional specifications and user stories / BRDs Process mapping and user-journey / workflow definition Acceptance-criteria authoring and requirements traceability Strongly preferred Familiarity with Oracle CPQ and/or Salesforce, understands their capabilities well enough to write platform-aware requirements Subscription, renewals or billing domain exposure Nice-to-have Channel / partner-model understanding (distributor, reseller, direct), commissions, attribution, revenue share Experience bridging business and technical teams in an Agile delivery To know more about Brillio CES: https://www.brillio.com/services-customer-experience-services/ Why should you apply for this role?
