Act as a liaison between stakeholders to understand organizational operations and recommend technical solutions for laboratory systems. Responsibilities include requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and providing training for in-house developed software.

The specialist will develop zone-specific OCM strategies and tactical plans to support a centralized distribution model for Pharmacy Services. They will act as a liaison among stakeholders to recommend solutions and provide guidance through the implementation and adoption of transformational change.
