Responsible for accompanying the following sponsors: Human Resources, Procurement, Premises & Logistics, Business Continuity Management, IT Security… and Compliance (Records Management) by acting as Business Analyst. The work will require working closely with various sponsors, as well as, working in partnership with a variety of IT Team and more specifically the Solutions Providers to determine the sponsor’s business requirements and support the implementation of the solution.

Your intellectual curiosity, your optimism and your constant sharpened innovation capacity will allow you to complete the following tasks:

  • Builds partnerships with his sponsors
  • Builds partnerships with assigned developments teams.
  • Accountable for delivering the business requirements, functional specifications.
  • Overall responsibility for project and associates activities assigned to them.
  • Act as the liaison between stakeholders, users and the development team during the entire project (follow-ups and communications)
  • Assist users in the measurement and prioritization of problems, limitations, and requirements definition
  • Define and support the business implementation plan and training strategies
  • Assure that all current norms and standard are respected
  • Make recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities.


Required competencies

  • Experience: 3-5 years in leading technology software development projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deal effectively with customers.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning.
  • Proven experience in risk management.
  • Proven experience in Team management
  • BS in Computer Science or related IT field, or equivalent work experience required.


  • Knowledge on methods: Waterfall, AGILE.
  • Knowledge on our planning tool: Clarity.
  • Knowledge on Development technology: Java, PL/SQL, .Net, Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Client Focus: For targeted clients, be available and act as a reliable long term partner
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Active listener and facilitator in planning guiding, controlling and managing a group
  • Exposure to IT Security methods and technology.
  • Experience developing complex project plans to meet business objectives.
